  • 1 - Insurance Verification

    Our team will verify insurance eligibility to provide you with a clear picture of your coverage.

  • 2 - Consultation

    Any inquiry we receive about our services is answered personally by our family concierge.

  • 3 - Intake

    Our team will orient you to Lumen’s services and share what you can expect from your child’s care team.

  • 4 - Assessment

    Family interview and Initial Skills Assessment is performed by BCBA to design a custom plan of care for your child.

  • 5 - Planning

    Family meets BCBA to discuss treatment plan and clinically recommended hours unique to your child.

  • 6 - Therapy

    Direct 1:1 ABA therapy is provided by our therapists under BCBA guidance alongside OT / Speech services.
